1.Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore
(1) Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
(2)To support environmental sustainability, single-use toiletries and personal care products are not provided in guest rooms.For more details, please visit:The Sustainable Journey with Lakeshore↗
(3)To reduce plastic waste, we have replaced disposable bottled water with an in-room bamboo charcoal filtration system and reusable eco-friendly water pitchers.You may refill your pitcher at the water dispensers located on each floor. (*For in-room use only. Please do not take the pitcher outside the hotel. Cold water only—do not use for hot water.)
2.Facilities and Parking Services
(1)Free parking is available from 1:00 PM on the check-in day until 11:00 AM on the check-out day.
Outside of this period, an hourly fee of NT$50 will apply.
(2)On-site parking is mechanical and cannot be reserved in advance.Please note that only certain mechanical spaces can accommodate SUVs.Vehicle size limits are as follows:Height:1.7m (some spaces limited to 1.5m for compact cars),Length:5m, Width:2m, Weight:1,800kg or less.
(3)Partner Parking Lots:These lots use license plate recognition upon entry and are located about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.We recommend arriving at the hotel first—our staff will provide a map and assist you with your luggage.
A.Minquan Parking Lot: No. 2, Lane 216, Minquan Rd.
B.Jinhua 1st & 2nd Parking Lots: No. 6, Lane 13, Jinhua St.
If you park at a partner lot, please contact the front desk for parking validation before retrieving your vehicle.
Guests who use express check-out may validate parking at the service desk near the hotel entrance.
3.In-House Facilities & Services
(1) Breakfast： Served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (until 10:30 AM on weekends).We recommend dining before 8:00 AM to avoid peak hours.
(2) Free Wi-Fi：Network name：Metropolis (no password required).
(3) Business Members’ Lounge：Access is limited to contracted corporate guests only.
4.Special Notices
(1) To maintain a high-quality accommodation experience, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
(2)To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area (next to the driveway on the right side of the hotel entrance), all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms, balconies, or bathrooms.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
